Then went to caseable.co.uk/voucher-help and that page not found either. How do I get my tablet smart case.??

I received my case but it was to small mailed it back and they won't send me back my refund!
No customer service phone number available and the Better Bussiness Burea does not recommend using them! I am not a happy customer what so ever. I going to have to file a complaint with my banking firm to get my money back.

I cannot obtain my voucher code for the Fire HD 8 Tablet Smart Case for my Tablet I purchased
When I purchased my Fire HD 8 Tablet and received the tablet I received with it from caseable an activation Instruction card to enter a Voucher Code at checkout, on the Card there is what appears a set of letters ie: AMZHDDRLWWM, a note above these letters states that the Code contains Letters and numbers, but in the letters there are no numbers, where are the Voucher code Letters and Numbers to be found, this Voucher Code is required to obtain the Fire HD 8 Tablet Smart Case.
Please provide me with the information I need.

I've been going back and forth with this issue for over 6 weeks. There are issues of not being able to get a hold of anyone.
Of slow response time of an absolute made up response. With no relationship to what my actual issue is. The website being completely unreliable.
Of the order being printed the wrong way even though it was sent the right way. NOT EVEN CLOSE.!!

The product is printed wrong and there is literally no customer service. All the numbers ring busy and the email is a joke.

I bought a tablet which came with a case able voucher. I created an account and ordered my two personalized cases at the same time.
They both took a while to even receive the shipping confirmation and again weeks before item was shipped on one item. It has been a month since the second item said it was getting ready to ship and I haven't received it and it's three days from Christmas and I can't talk to anyone!

kissable stinks they use cheap *** UPS, mail, innovations, and the US PS I finally got an order today after arriving in Columbus Ohio last Monday it finally arrived at the post office where it was supposed to go and the box was damaged and it was empty

I ordered a case for my Fire HD tablet (voucher furnished by QVC) and a screen protector ($9.99). Case able has failed to deliver.
Date order placed: Nov 19, 2022. Have not received the Items ordered as of December 10. Cannot get an adequate email response regarding delivery. Attempted to reach their customer service dept.
(855-912-****) . No operators available to take the call. Biggest problem is they use the cheapest (unreliable) method of shipping.
Not a good company to do business with. Will not do business with this company again.

I tried emailing, but got no response.
I got a voucher for a free case and I got the case and it's backwards and upside down. The flap that opens the case is supposed to be on the left side but its on the right and the logo is upside down.
I've emailed the company weeks ago and haven't heard from them so I emailed them again and still haven't heard anything. My grandparents also got cases and their's aren't upside down, they are the correct way.

Never received order no response
Ordered my case from caseable in Dec of 2022 I placed an order from HSN and was supposed to get a free case from caseable I also ordered two screen savers for two tablets which I never received, I have been requesting a refund ever since no response at all. Terrible customer service. This is unprofessional and annoying guess they just keep your money and ship no products

Received a voucher for a free case from this company when I purchased an Amazon fire 10" 11th generation From QVC. The company can not be reached by phone.
I've contacted QVC they say it's not their vendor it's Amazon's. Contacted Amazon, they no nothing. Received confirmation of order, yet its unable to be tracked. This company must not exist.
When I tried to chat with Caseable.com, they said to sent them $1.00 to chat. What the *** They just kept passing me back and forth, still no answers
